Displays are not framed and can be framed for a cost. Framed items will state they are framed in the name of the item. All signed items come with a COA. All items now come with a 3rd Party COA from Premier Authentication and the COA will be pictured in the auction. Ask any and all questions BEFORE bidding. Signed album covers are not guaranteed to have vinyl record included, if curious email support@iczauctions.com to inquire. All framed items take 2 weeks for framing. We ship every day. Invoices not paid after 5 days are late and will be put in dispute, and at the 7-day mark will be VOID and items relisted. Once invoice is paid items usually ship within 7 days of payment, unless it is a framed or display item, then items could take 14 days to be shipped, if you need an item expedited, please email us! Large items (guitars and large displays) and orders exceeding $1000 are shipped FedEx and require a physical address and signature. If a refund is agreed upon, ONLY the purchase price is refunded, NOT the BUYERS PREMIUM.
